This individual must be extremely dependable and will be responsible for:
- Full-charge invoice to PO match-up
- Vendor relations
- Maintenance and communication
- Maintaining spreadsheets, notes and procedures
- Inputting to A/P system
- Issuing checks
- Filing
- Research
- Coordination with other departments

Quality Assurance Manager
Dynatronics is a leading durable medical equipment manufacturer and distribution company. Dynatronics is seeking a full time Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.
This position reports to the CEO and supports improvement of Dynatronics’ processes in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance.
Scope:
Responsible for the leadership, direction and management of all aspects of corporate Quality Systems, including but not limited to:
- Regulatory Affairs
- Corrective Actions – Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Change Control
- Documentation
- Internal Audits
- Quality Improvement Processes
Key Competencies:
- Ability to work with limited supervision and accept personal accountability for making things happen in a small company environment
- Experience with various quality tools and a demonstrated ability identifying appropriate uses
- Clear and concise communications – both verbal and written
- Excellent people skills in handling internal and external audits
Other requirements:
- BS degree, preferable in an engineering discipline
- 5-7 years experience in Quality and Process management, preferably with medical devices
- Working knowledge of FDA quality system requirements and ISO13485
